Fine Girl Caught Stealing Receives Mob Justice From Hell

This happened in Cameroon in the South -West region in Beau. Here, poverty is rampant so stealing has become the some of the  means of survival for both old and young ones.This girl  was alleged of stealing and she was  treated inhumanely  The most wicked part of it all was this man who smeared pepper into the private part of the girl and people were there videoing the whole show.. She  got her private part rubbed with pepper because she is a suspected thief. that is totally insane.
 Mob justice is bad let us all stop it.
